Deposit Policy

25% deposit (non refundable)
No reservations of dates without deposit!
No work or purchases will be made without party deposit.
Free one hour consultation.
For Events arranged less than 30 days prior to the event date 50-75% deposit is due. depending on how close we are to event’s date.

Finalizing Your Event

Final payment/ remaining balance is due NO LATER than 7 days prior to your event.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Circumstances and unfortunate situations occur that an event/Booking is canceled. I/Client agree and understand that the event date/booking has been turned down other prospective clients Therefore, All cancellations MUST be in writing.

Cancellation by client after signing contract up to and within 60 days prior to the event date, all monies paid in excess of the 25% non-refundable deposit is 100% refunded.
If your event is canceled within 30 days or later prior to your event date, all monies paid in excess of the 25% non-refundable deposit, is 50% refunded.

DATE CHANGE POLICY

Date changes are ONLY available within 30 days of your event.
Date changes are subject to availability.
Please note that last minute bookings are not available for date change.
Force Majeure/ Act Of GOD
Both parties S.E.V.E.N and Client is not responsible or liable for performance.
Obligations/Performance will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure.
Act of GOD including but not limited to natural disasters-Earthquakes, Hurricanes, Tornadoes, tsunamis, Pandemic, Epidemic, War, Riots

Damage Policy

Client agrees to take full responsibility for any and all damages that my event may cause to S.E.V.E.N products and rental products.
A walk-through with client before and after every event is required to check for damages.
Clients will be charged for replacements or damaged items.
Upon signing of the contract, a fully executed agreement will be enforced. Any violation of this contract will result in termination of our services and all monies forfeited.
If you “Decline” these Terms and Conditions, S.E.V.E.N will not be able to provide any services for your event.
